Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held public hearings October14, 2014, beginning at 3:00 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA

Open Hearings began at 3:05 PM
RDA submitted by Greg Knowles representing the owners of 54 Meadow Lane for the removal of 6 trees in danger of falling on house. A unanimous vote for a negative determination. RDA #2014-14 Trees to be removed by climber with no machinery. Silt fence is not necessary for this location.
